Vingtech Australia is a joint venture that is owned 55% by Simrad Optronics ASA and 45% by HK Systems Research & Development Pty Ltd.

Vingtech Australia sells products from its sister company Vinghøg AS in Norway, but it will have the possibility for licensed production in the future.

Vingtech Australia is also responsible for training, maintenance and repair & overhaul in Australia.
